Counselor Interview

Before this interview, I defined a train counselor as someone who provides guidance to help with the development of a child schooltimemanally and societally. However, I learned this is still their ism notwithstanding their duities have changed. As I interviewed, Ms. Childs a counsel from the Cypress-Fairbanks school district, I truly understood the difference amidst the role of a counselling and their duties. She has wanted to be a counselor since the third gear grade. She had an excellent wide-eyed school counselor and always remembered her as being the nicest person on campus. later that expereince she aspired to do the same. She has been a school counselor now for 4 years, all in the set school tantrum. Ms. Childs explained that her district point more on developmental guidance for all takes. She believes her districts philosophy of school counselor is that all students are unique individuals with some talents, and through social and academic guidance they can produce productive, responsible citizens. The district sets the expectations and each individual school tailors it to fit the inevitably of their students.
